Seeking Perfection Marketing was founded by Simon Plews. Having spent the majority of his career in-house at tech companies including Adobe, McAfee, Oracle and Tektronix, Simon branched out and created Seeking Perfection Marketing in 2019.
With a mixture of practitioner and senior management positions, Simon felt uniquely positioned to help medium sized businesses create a marketing function that would rival the big players.
After seven years of profitable growth based around a digital advertising specialism, Seeking Perfection Marketing relaunched in 2026 with an expanded set of services.
Simon is still at the helm of the agency, and it is now Seeking Perfection’s sole aim to help incumbent marketers create the best version of their businesses and themselves.
In 2025 Simon became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a title awarded to “the most experienced marketers with years of senior strategic experience.”. He remains obsessed with detail, and true to the Seeking Perfection name.
